Previous collision damage, distorted mounting points, worn retainers, or body alignment issues should be inspected and corrected before installation. Folded Shipping & Unboxing Notice

Because of its flexible construction, the rear bumper cover may be professionally folded and securely packed inside a reinforced shipping carton to help reduce oversized-carrier shipping costs. Temporary bends, waves, creases, or packaging impressions may appear after unpacking and do not necessarily indicate permanent damage.

After unpacking:

1. Remove all protective packaging.

2. Place the bumper cover in a warm, clean area.

3. Allow sufficient time for the panel to recover its molded shape.

4. Apply low, controlled heat gradually and evenly only if necessary.

5. Confirm shape recovery before test fitting and paint preparation.

Avoid concentrated direct heat, open flame, or overheating, as excessive heat may damage the primer or permanently deform the panel.
