In certain situations, tracking information may display "Label Created" before the carrier scans the package into its network. This is a normal part of the shipping process. If you continue experiencing issues, our support team will be happy to assist whenever possible.
Tracking Information Accuracy
Tracking information is provided directly by the shipping carrier. While we make every effort to provide accurate shipment updates, Velnox Auto cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timing of tracking information supplied by third-party carriers.
Signature Requirements
Certain shipments may require a signature upon delivery based on carrier policies, package value, shipment size, or destination requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive shipments when a signature is required.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Customers should verify delivery locations and check with:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unclaimed Packages
