Return & Refund Policy

At Velnox Auto, we stand behind the quality of our products and work hard to ensure every order is carefully processed, inspected, and packaged before shipment from our warehouse. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The part must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition

  • All original hardware, accessories, manuals, labels, and packaging materials must be included

For quality control and inventory protection purposes, products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may NOT qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Request Process

To begin a return request, please contact our support team before sending any item back to our warehouse. Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be accepted.

Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected by our warehouse team before a refund, replacement, or exchange is approved. Items that do not meet our return requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return Window

The 30-day return period begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible for approval.

Incomplete Returns

Returned products must include all originally supplied components, hardware, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials. Incomplete returns may be subject to partial refunds or may not qualify for refund approval.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Velnox Auto is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.  If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Return Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise. Products damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the standard return process. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to request an order cancellation.

Return Authorization

Customers must obtain return authorization from Velnox Auto before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Lost Return Shipments

Velnox Auto is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been processed.

Product Condition

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all products sold by Velnox Auto are new.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

Actual product appearance, packaging, labeling, and included components may vary slightly from images shown on our website due to manufacturer updates or production changes.

Such differences do not affect product functionality or eligibility under this policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by our error, shipping damage, or a verified defective product

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the claim and assist with an appropriate resolution when applicable.

Missing Parts or Components

If your order arrives with missing parts, hardware, or components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the received package so our team can review the issue.

Replacements and Exchanges

In certain situations, a replacement or exchange may be offered instead of a refund when appropriate and inventory is available. All replacements and exchanges are subject to product availability and warehouse inspection approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used parts

  • Parts showing signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification

  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items

  • Special-order or customized products

  • Electrical components that have been opened or installed

  • Products returned with missing parts, accessories, labels, or damaged packaging

Velnox Auto reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Price Adjustments

Velnox Auto does not offer price adjustments for products purchased prior to promotional events, discounts, or temporary price changes.

Please Inspect Your Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all packages upon delivery. If visible shipping damage is present, please take photos of the package before opening it whenever possible. In some cases, customers may be asked to keep the original packaging to assist with carrier damage claims.

Inspection and Fraud Prevention

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

Velnox Auto reserves the right to deny refunds for items that:

  • Do not match the original order

  • Show signs of installation or use

  • Are missing components

  • Have been altered or tampered with

Photographic documentation may be retained for quality control and fraud prevention

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer and returned to our warehouse may be subject to return shipping charges and applicable fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter warehouse processing or shipment preparation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible, and the standard return policy will apply.

Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise expressly stated, products sold by Velnox Auto are provided without any additional warranties beyond those required by applicable law.  Any manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are provided solely by the manufacturer. Velnox Auto disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before placing an order. Vehicle trims, production dates, engine configurations, and aftermarket modifications may affect fitment. We strongly recommend confirming compatibility before purchase and installation. If you are unsure whether a part fits your vehicle, please contact us before ordering. Our team will do our best to assist with product information whenever possible.

Velnox Auto is NOT responsible for:

  • Incorrect part selection by the customer

  • Installation costs or labor charges

  • Diagnostic fees

  • Vehicle downtime

  • Damages resulting from improper installation or misuse

Professional installation is recommended for certain automotive parts and components.

Additional Compatibility Language

While we strive to provide accurate fitment information, vehicle applications may vary due to model year changes, trim levels, engine options, regional specifications, and aftermarket modifications. Fitment information should be used as a guide only and does not guarantee compatibility in every situation.

Return Abuse Prevention

To protect all customers and maintain inventory integrity, Velnox Auto reserves the right to limit or refuse returns that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velnox Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from our website.  Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Force Majeure

Velnox Auto shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, governmental actions, or carrier delays.
